We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 1-3 working days, unless it is a bank holiday in the UK.
Estimated shipping times -
Within the United Kingdom, once the order has been dispatched (which may take 1-3 working days) all of our orders are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM. Please note that this shipping method requires a signature on delivery.
For all countries outside of the UK, orders are sent with International Tracked and Signed via Royal Mail. Shipping may take from 5-10 working days. Within Europe, delivery is expected to be 5-7 working days and for the rest of the world it is expected to take 5-10 working days.
Customs and import tax fees outside of the UK -
Reluxeandco are not responsible for any customs and import taxes/fees which may be applied to your order, and this is left to the responsibility of the buyers. Furthermore Reluxeandco are not responsible for any delays which may occur due to customs. As well as this, if any import duties are charged, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay this cost. Import duties are both calculated and charged by the local customs authorities in the majority of the countries that Reluxeandco sends their items to. Before you receive the item, it is most likely that the local customs authority will be in contact with you to receive the payment for the import duties - this will add time onto the delivery time so please expect some delays when ordering outside of the UK as we cannot guarantee how long each country will take to clear customs.
Since the UK has now left the EU because of Brexit, import VAT is more likely to get applied to items which are going from the UK to the EU - this will depend on each country's individual import law. This again, is not Reluxeandco’s responsibility and is left to the responsibility of the buyers.
