Shipping information

Dispatch times -

We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 1-3 working days, unless it is a bank holiday in the UK.

Estimated shipping times -

Within the United Kingdom, all orders placed with standard delivery are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 working days) and all orders placed with express delivery are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day).

For countries outside of the UK, orders are sent with International Tracked and Signed via Royal Mail. Shipping may take from 5-10 working days - within Europe, delivery is expected to be 5-7 working days and for the rest of the world it is expected to take 5-10 working days.

Customs and import tax fees outside of the UK -

Please note, we are not responsible for any customs and import taxes/fees which may be applied to your order, and this is left to the responsibility of the buyers to pay this cost. Import duties are both calculated and charged by the local customs authorities - before you receive the item, it is most likely that the local customs authority will be in contact with you to receive the payment for the import duties. As this will add to the delivery time, please expect some delays when ordering outside of the UK as we cannot guarantee how long each country will take to clear customs.
