Refund policy
Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on any earrings.
For any other items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept any cancellations of any orders once the order has been placed, nor do we accept any exchanges. However, you can always contact us for any return questions at customerservice@reluxeandco.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the order number or proof of purchase. If there is any damage to the item, and is not returned in the original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@reluxeandco.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Buyers must also provide us with a tracking number when returning the items, as we cannot refund any lost returns. Please note, once the return address has been provided, buyers have 7 working days to return the items.
Returning items outside of the UK
If you are returning your item from outside of the UK and you need to fill in a customs declaration form, you will need to state on the customs declaration form that it is a return of unwanted goods. If we are charged any customs fees when we receive the item once it has been returned from outside of the UK, the buyer will be responsible for this cost and it will be deducted from the buyer's total refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as different length chains etc). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
