Jewellery care

All of our stainless steel pieces are waterproof and tarnish proof.

It’s advised that you keep your jewellery in the pouch or the box that the pieces came in, as this would prevent any accidental damage.

To keep your pieces shining, it's recommended that you give your stainless steel pieces a gentle clean from time to time. As all of our stainless steel pieces are 18k gold PVD plated, it's best to not use any harsh chemicals, simply use the polishing cloth that came with your order to give your pieces a gentle clean and polish.

In order to keep the pearls lustre, it's recommended (where able) to remove them when doing things such as showering or swimming.

• Please note, all of our earrings are non-refundable and we are unable to accept any returns for these items due to hygiene reasons. 

• Please note, due to the nature of freshwater pearls, the pearl you receive may look slightly different to the one shown in the photos. Furthermore, all pearl sizes are approximations due to every pearl being unique.

• All pieces will come in a reusable jewellery pouch, within a jewellery box. In addition to this, every order will come with a free polishing cloth.
